Cancel the order.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order because, after 24 hours, we will finish packing and hand it over to the courier for pickup. Once the package is packed, you cannot cancel the order. If you cancel your order, please contact us promptly by email: [email protected]
Return the goods
All our products on plategaze.com can be returned within 30 days. If you don’t like the product, please send it back within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund, plus the shipping cost to return the product. Make sure the product is in good condition, undamaged, and packaging intact.
Refund and Refund Time
- If you have returned the product to us, please let us know via email [email protected], and copy your courier number together in the email to let us know. After we receive the email, we will complete the refund for you within 24 hours. Refunds will be returned to your card the same way you paid for them.
- Our refund time depends on Stripe and the bank you pay your card with, usually Stripe will complete the refund within 2 working days.

- The product has been received, you just don’t like it, but the product is undamaged and unused, and the packaging is intact.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please take a photo or video of the damaged/defective product and send it to us via photo or video, then email it to us. For all complaints, we will refund you or replace you with a new product free of charge.
