Delivery methods

- Order Processing Times: Our order processing hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, orders placed by 6:00pm EST will be processed the next business day.
- Product packing time: We need 1-3 working days to pack your product from our warehouse and send it out.
- Shipping time: It usually takes 4-7 working days from the time our package is sent to your receipt.
- Delivery time = packing time + shipping time, we promise to let you receive the product within 10 working days from the moment you place the order. If this time is exceeded, we will provide you with a $10 coupon as our compensation, please contact our customer service for the coupon: [email protected].
Shipping method:
We cooperate with USPS for shipping, and deliver packages to customers through USPS.
Freight
All your purchases on Plategaze.com come with free shipping. At present, we only open the free shipping service within the United States, and do not open delivery to other countries for the time being.
Duties and Taxes
U.S. addresses are exempt from import duties and taxes. Plategaze.com will not be responsible for any customs duties if customs are required to collect corresponding taxes and fees. Customers need to pay by themselves, but if you have any questions, we can help you, just contact our customer service by email: [email protected]
There are two ways to track your order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. There is a tracking number on this email. A link to track your order will be included in your email. By clicking on this link you will be able to track your order.
- Go to the tracking order on the https://www.plategaze.com/tracking-order website to check the progress.

Other questions you may care about about transportation:
- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order, because after 24 hours, we will enter the packaging process and cannot cancel the order; - What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the goods are not received within the promised 18 working days due to our work mistakes, you can contact us to cancel the order, or contact our customer service, we will give you a coupon of 10 Academy of Fine Arts as compensation, contact our customer service: support @plategaze.com; - What should I do if my product is broken?
- Please indicate the date when signing for the product
- When you find any damage, please take a photo as soon as possible and send an email to us at [email protected];
- We will give $10 compensation for product damage, but you still need to contact customer service [email protected];
- We will send you a new product after obtaining your consent.
- What if the goods are lost?
We are very sorry that this happened, but we cannot be held responsible if your package goes missing after USPS has made the delivery. Please understand.
